Pre-Natal Massage

Description:

Prenatal & Perinatal Massage during pregnancy and labour consists of a specialized type of therapeutic bodywork which focuses on the unique needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of the childbirth experience. It alleviates stress on weight-bearing joints such as pelvis, ankles and lower back, and reduces oedema

It develops the sensory awareness and relaxation necessary for active and responsive participation in the birth experience
